Full Golf Members improved reciprocal arrangement
In our endeavours to continually seek opportunities to enhance membership value we are pleased to announce a Full Golf Members improved reciprocal arrangement (off peak periods) that has been reached with a number of Clubs in KwaZulu-Natal.
We strongly encourage golfers to make full use of this initiative and to support the Clubs that have agreed to work together. Below please find the list of Clubs and the rates applicable.
The following rules will however apply:
- That the Home Club full golfing members shall be accorded all privileges and use of facilities and services at the Host Club subject to Constitution and By-Laws of the Host Club.
- That the Host Club will require a visiting full golfing member to present a valid membership card from his/her Home Club or a Letter of Introduction from the Club Management.
- That payment of all charges and fees is due in cash or credit card on procurement of any items.
- Reciprocal full golfing members are required to pay a playing fee at the price detailed below.
- All golf bookings must be made through the Host Club golf bookings department and according to the procedures and off-peak periods as laid out by each of the reciprocal Host Clubs.
- That any of the Reciprocal Clubs are entitled to cancel this Agreement thirty (30) days after forwarding written notice to the other Clubs.
- That all the Clubs agree to advise their full golfing members of the facility via their regular newsletters or member circulars of this agreement and of cancellation of such, in case the latter should occur.
- That this agreement is valid until the 15th December 2011
