You will be traveling along the Ruth First (M4) freeway.  As you pass over the Umgeni River, keep left and take the turnoff immediately after the bridge called Blue Lagoon.  At the yield, turn right into Athlone Rd and proceed underneath the highway.  On your left is the Country Club Course 6^th hole.  Keep left and at the next intersection turn left into  Masabalala Yengwe Ave (formerly NMR Avenue). Keep left, at the 1^st set of robots turn left into the Durban Country Club entrance.

Travel south along the N2 towards Durban and take the Inanda Rd/Umgeni Rd turnoff. At the top of the glide-off you need to go straight across the traffic light intersection. You will now find yourself travelling parallel to the N2 highway. At the bottom of the incline is a set of traffic lights where you turn left into Umgeni Road. Keep to the middle lane! At the next multi-level interchange (Connaught Bridge), you must go straight and underneath the interchange. Follow this road until you get to an intersection Smiso Nkwanyana Rd (formerly Goble Road), just before the robots take the left hand slipway into Smiso Nkwanyana Rd. Keep to the middle lane, at the traffic light (T-junction) turn right into Masabalala Yengwe Ave (formerly NMR Avenue). Keep to the middle lane, at the traffic light (T-junction) turn right into Masabalala Yengwe Ave (formerly NMR Avenue).  Keep left, at the 1^st set of robots turn left into the Durban Country Club entrance.

Follow the South Coast freeway via Margate and Port Shepstone, past Dududu and Amanzimtoti, past the Durban International Airport. Immediately after the airport the road splits - keep Left for N3/N2 North (The right fork takes you into Durban city centre via South Coast Road). After 8.5 km you reach a highway multi-level interchange called Spaghetti Junction. Do not turn off here. Keep on straight along the N2 North/Stanger. Follow this through to the next glide-off, Umgeni River, turn right at the traffic lights, follow the road underneath the highway bridge. This is Umgeni Road. Keep to the middle lane! At the next multi-level interchange (Connaught Bridge), you must go straight and underneath the interchange. Travelling on the N3 you will pass Howick and Pietermaritzburg. As you near Durban you will pass the Mariannhill toll plaza. From here you pass Pinetown, Westville and the big shopping complex on your right hand side called the Pavilion. Get into the leftmost traffic lane and proceed down the hill until you approach a multi-level interchange and take the N2 North/Stanger glide-off. Follow this through to the next glide-off, Umgeni River, turn right at the traffic lights, follow the road underneath the highway bridge. This is Umgeni Road. Keep to the middle lane! At the next multi-level interchange (Connaught Bridge), you must go straight and underneath the interchange. Follow this road until you get to an intersection Smiso Nkwanyana Rd (formerly Goble Road), just before the robots take the left hand slipway into Smiso Nkwanyana Rd. Keep to the middle lane, at the traffic light (T-junction) turn right into Masabalala Yengwe Ave (formerly NMR Avenue). Keep left, at the 1^st set of robots turn left into the Durban Country Club entrance.

From Country Club, exit the main gates, and turn left – this will take you to the Ruth First Freeway (M4).  Continue over the Umgeni River, past the Riverside Rd turnoff, you will also pass the Pick n Pay Hyper on your left. Keep to the left hand lane.  Take the Swapo (Durban North) turnoff, about 1.3 km after the river.  Be careful here - as you come off the highway reduce speed.  There is a yield sign where you must turn right onto and over the bridge, and then turn immediately left after the bridge at a sign which reads "Fairway".  There are numerous speed bumps along the road.  Follow this for approximately 1.8 km to a sign that reads "Durban Country Club - Beachwood Course" and turn right down Beachwood Place where the clubhouse facilities are on your left about 80 meters further on down this lane..
